At Rosehill Caravan Park, we have some caravans that are for
sale. The ground rent varies from plot to plot, some plots have more space, some better
outlook, others prime positions. The prices start from £1500 for
2008. Caravan sizes are limited to anything from 26ft X 10ft to maximum 34ft X 12ft,
and come in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, some have double glazing and central heating.
Prices start at around £16,000 for a 26ft X
10ft. They must be purchased through us but we will give you as much help as required.
There is no siting fee and insurance can be arranged if necessary.

covered your ground rent

We close on 10th January till 1st March.
Included in your ground rent, are all ground maintenance charges, rates, water rates.
All you pay extra for are gas and electricity.
