Location
|
Rosehill is situated near Broadhaven, virtually in the centre of St Brides Bay, 4
miles from Haverfordwest. Leave Haverfordwest on the B4341 road for
Broad Haven, passing through Portfield Gate.
Approximately 1 mile further turn right at the sign for Nolton.
Rosehill is less than 1 mile on the left, just 2.5 miles from the
coast. On arrival please drive through the gate to reception 50yds
on the left. |
Pembrokshire is famous for its coastline and both Broad Haven and
Little Haven offer safe sandy beaches. Nearby, the little cove at
St
Brides is a sheltered inlet with rock pools while to the north is
Nolton Haven and Newgale with its 2-mile long sandy beach.
|
Rosehill is ideally placed to explore a little
further afield:
Haverfordwest retains much of its character
with many "local" shops as well as some of the smaller
chainstores.
St Davids, smallest city in Wales is a "must
see" location and en-route call in at Solva, especially if you
like small boats and harbours.
Historic Pembroke has one of the finest castles in Wales. The
birthplace of Henry Vll, it dominates this most charming 'walled
town' with its spectacular location on the river.
A little further, just 20 miles away is the
resort of Tenby and nearby Saundersfoot which offer the
atmosphere of more traditional "developed" resorts. |
